Violence in the workplace is on the increase, particularly when your employees deal with the general public. All employers are responsible for the safety of their employees whilst at work. This includes taking action to prevent violence and offering support should this happen.

Conflict Management
High staff turnover and a lack of training can mean that many people are still vulnerable to physical and psychological abuse across all business sectors. Violence and abuse at work may be unpredictable, but the likliehood of it occurring can be reduced.
The training focuses on personal safety and conflict resolution in your working environment. The course includes the following;

- Proactive service delivery.
- Risk reduction.
- Verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Calming skills.
- Managing incidents.
- Post-incident analysis.
Achievements
Upon successful completion, course members will be awarded an NOCN Communications and Conflict Management Certificate.
